THUNDER
Thunder is one of the most popular horses at the ranch. He does well with both beginner and experienced riders, and is an excellent therapeutic riding horse. He has participated in drill teams, parades, and rodeos. Thunder is very sweet and goofy; his favorite activity is drinking out of a cup.
JULIET AND MAY
Juliet is a great beginner to advanced lesson horse, and does well in speed events. She is very good with children, and has a sassy personality.
May was named after the month in which she was born. She’s becoming friendlier every day, and is very spunky. She receives a lot of attention from visitors that come out to the ranch, and is a favorite with the children.
REBEL
Rebel is top dog in the Angels Grove herd. He has a lot of energy and speed, making him a great intermediate to advanced ride. Rebel has competed in Cowboy Mounted Shooting and Extreme Cowboy Racing competitions as well as rodeos and parades. You name it, Rebel’s done it. He’s very goofy and loves to hog the water trough in the pasture.
PEARL
Pearl is a gorgeous perlino mare. She is a good beginner to advanced ride. Pearl loves treats and is very sassy. Pearl is on the slower side for rodeos but is perfect for parades, birthday parties and drill team.
SHORTY
Shorty is one of the best all-around horses here at Angels Grove. He’s an amazing lesson horse for both beginner and advanced riders. Very patient and calm, but also well trained in speed events. Shorty is no stranger to competitions and crowds as he’s traveled the circuit in Cowboy Mounted Shooting and Extreme Cowboy Racing. Shorty is an excellent horse for speed events, drill teams, parades, birthday parties, and more.
RIO
Rio is a world champion Cowboy Mounted Shooting horse. Wicked fast like her buddy, Ruby, she is perfect for intermediate to advanced riders. Very quirky and ready to go from 0 to 100.
RUBY
Ruby came with Rio from Babcock Ranch. Ruby was used in Cowboy Mounted Shooting and Barrel Racing events until she broke her leg in a trailer accident. Veterinarians advised euthanizing her, but the call was made to rehabilitate the leg instead. Ruby is now completely healed up and just as spunky as ever. She’s wicked fast, so she’s only used in advanced riding lessons, drill teams, and rodeo events.
ISAAC
Isaac is our adorable miniature horse. He’s very gentle and friendly and loves attention. Isaac is amazing with children and beginners, and he’s extremely lovable.
